Getting off of depo and trying to conceive

OK so I've been on the depo a little over a year now and I was due for my depo on November 14 I stopped because we are TTC so the Saturday after thanksgiving I had jelly like cm then on Wednesday the 2nd I had light spotting pinkish brown that lasted till friday then had jelly like cm till Monday my spotting came back and lasted till yesterday night and the whole time since I started spotting I've been having sore itchy nipples and light cramping that has still not gone away so my question is could I be pregnant or is this side affects of the depo wearing off?
