Please help

You guys, my baby had a seizure this morning. He wasn’t sick and this has never happened. We took the ambulance to the ER and they’re doing labs. They’re focused on it being due to a fever but he didn’t have a fever. I thought my baby was going to die. It was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced.

Anyone with knowledge in seizures please let me know what I should ask or recommend. They said they’re debating on just doing a follow up. But I know something else is going on. What tests or scans should I ask for? He keeps squinting his eyes and blinking a lot. His eyes don’t seem to focus as well. He also has just been asleep since, vitals are ok. Someone please tell me. The hospital were at has no pediatric doctors. I want to take him to the

children’s hospital an hour away because I don’t think they’re giving the correct treatment.
