Embarrassed to ask

Hey mommies,

I'm a new mom and having some anxiety. My son is 8 weeks and today while readjusting him in my arms for a burp, I accidentally didn't support his neck for a moment and his head fell back. He didn't cry, he didn't hit anything, but I feel awful 🥺 is he okay? Anything I should be worried about?
