Will my social security check get cut off if I gotten legally married? I draw an disability check due to my learning.(can't comprehend) very well!

My mother is my caregiver,but I never see my check at all. She threw my husband and I an wedding back in 2016,but we had to do the common law marriage. I really don't know much about common law marriage.

I don't like the fact we are having to do the common law marriage! My mother rules over me a lot as in (Too much controlling) she takes care of everything since I really don't know how.. although I do want to get legally married,but If I elope. My mother will try to threaten my husband and I. She will get the law on us and try to take our son away!

My mother doesn't won't me to have anything at all. She treats me like an baby still,and takes my social security checks and goes on vacation.

I have a debt card with my mom name on it,that I used since social security told her (if it's true) that I can't have anything with my name on it,but I barely can get money. My mother puts $50 here and $100 there on the card each week,but my husband mostly buys me everything.

It's hard to live the way I do and how I'm living in controlling world when it comes to my mother. I have always been the black sheep of the family,but my two brothers gets what they want and when they want it.

I have cried so so many times and look at old classmates thinking why I can't be like you. I don't have a house, I can't drive. There is things I don't have that I wish I could have.
