New to BBT charting
Hey ladies!
I could use some help from some of you who have used this method before. I have a bbt thermometer and I wanna start tracking with it. Does it matter what point in my cycle I start tracking? Is there an ideal time in my cycle to start using this method? I know I have to take my temp every morning before I get up or move. Does it matter if I take the temp orally or vaginally? Just looking for some advice, any help is greatly appreciated!
