Sneezing issues!!!

Tmi but at 16+3 I'm finding myself sneezing and the occasional leakage when I do. I literally have to cross my legs tight when I sneeze cus I know what might be coming lol does anyone else find this? Am I going to have to buy adult nappies as well as babies lol
