LICE??

My son and I has had lice for MONTHS. I've done the shampoos, combed but my hair is so long I'm having a difficult time and no one to help me, my son is 1 years old almost two and refuses to have his hair touched he goes crazy haircuts, brushed , washed doesn't matter he screams and dodges his head and I can't completely do his head I even give him a tablet or a treat/ snack and it doesn't work. I even tried while he's sleeping no luck. I went to a local head lice removal place for my self but the lady said I didn't have lice just really bad dandruff. Went home and combed many bugs out, so I'm going to pawn my title to get my head checked again it's (200) for me. Any tips on my son?? I've put the blankets, toys, pillows all in heat and sprayed all furniture but I just can't get them gone,

* I have tried to shave his head and he kept dodging so it's all patchy, I'm going to retreat tomorrow me and him both. It's just both of us and I have boiled brushes
