How do you stop the anxiety????

Question

I have to test on Friday or Saturday and I can't control my anxiety and nerves.... I even tested yesterday (BfN) but it was still kind of early...
I am sure I am negative, like ALWAYS, but I praying so hard this is our month. My kiddo will be the best big brother and wouldn't this make an AMAZING Xmas gift for everyone??! 
But seriously How am I suppose to stop stressing??? Gah! 
I have one test left and I can NOT waste it. Haha. Period is due Saturday... I can't handle all this anxiety. Hahaha

Right. I tested maybe 8 times since 6dpo and stopped at 9 dpo. Now I'm 11dpo. After due 12/11. I'm not freaking testing anymore. I'm sick of it. I have no symptoms and I'm honestly tired of imagining them. It's driving me literally crazy eyed. I see lines everywhere.

Same here... Af is due the 19th and I have all the symptoms.. But nothing on test as of yet :/
