TTCing am I pregnant

Hey everyone so long story short

Went to a doctor after a year of some bad bleeding and many many tests and the final verdict is that I am 30-45 percent change going to have infertility

Dr told me that we had to try for 6-12 months before going back to her

So we just started like not even 1-2 months ago but I am just wondering if I could be pregnant already because I am feeling some nausea and vomiting kinda my first was not like this.

Also my period is supposed to start in 4 days is it too early to test ?

(Did not know I was pregnant with my first so when I tested we were 4 weeks already and it was at the dr office )
