What dr to see for post partum?

I’ve been dealing with post partum depression for a couple months now, and thought I had a good handle on it. Recently it’s taken a sharp turn south though, and I’ve wanted to start therapy or something. Rather than just choosing a therapist at random though, I thought I’d need to see a dr first? But I’m not sure if I should see my regular dr or my obgyn (since it’s post partum)? I had scheduled a mental health appt with my primary care dr, but they just canceled it because she called out today.
