hoping this month is finally my month!!

fingers crossed and lots of baby dust for all of us in our tww 🤞🏻🤞🏻💖

things we did different this month:

•started taking S'moo every day on August 09

•folic acid supplements

•prebiotic/probiotics

•used softdisc immediately after BD during fertile week

•husband started taking conquer and fertilaid count boost supplements along with vitamin d & zinc juice shots and eating a banana every morning, for the last month

•clean eating

•moderate exercise 3 times a week
