Weird vag discharge (SORRY FOR TMI)

Hi! I’ve been experiencing some odd symptoms that I thought were related to a vaginal infection (mild itching, pinkish discharge, no smell) so i got myself a cream and used it for 3 days like it said on the instructions.

I experienced some breakthrough bleeding on the 3rd day, apparently it could be because im on the pill as well.

Everything was fine after that, i got my period and didnt have any symptoms.

Skip to two weeks later, the itching came back and the discharge was light green, still no smell. I even did a 3 in 1 at home test for the most common infections and i was negative. I also checked for a UTI and im clean.

What can this be? It’s been a week and the itching is gone but the discharge is still slightly green and thick, like mucus. No smell tho.

My physician lives in another town and i haven’t had the chance to see him yet.

Did any of you experience this? Will it go away on its own?
