Would you expect if ur daughter was turning 6yrs old?
I have boys and not sure what to get a gift for a 6yr old... her mom said she likes trolls dolls what budget should I keep in mind

Can you ask the kid?  I always ask the child what they like and what they want. My daughter is turning five soon and she said oh i want a pokemon birthday party and my sister was like oh what about princess or mermaid my daughters like no i like pokemon lol. Kids are so weird with what they like. She might like trolls but heck she might want a purple sweater with orange hearts on it lol

For my nieces we try to do 
1- something to read
2- a treat
3- something to craft/play with
Sometimes one of those categories we cut so we don’t go over budget, we usually aim for $25 per kid, if they are super little we switch the treat/book for an outfit

I have a niece who is that age, but every kid is different, I always get my nieces coloring books, crayons, markers, a little bit of candy, whatever they are into right now she’s currently into Jurassic Park, so I got her several of the dinosaurs, some of the ones that make a noise some of the little handheld ones, I do clothing, and then her little brother he gets diapers and toys as well, and clothing, but usually if she says she’s in the troll dolls, then go into the section of the toy store that has the trolls, and you can do anything with troll thing whether it’s clothing, dolls, snowcone maker, I got my niece for her birthday a frozen from the movie snowcone maker, some of the older toys that we used to play with, I got her a magic eight ball, and Etch-a-Sketch, board games like sorry, connect four, I keeps them off their phones, I always do bubbles, sidewalk chalk, hula hoop, I’m sure the parents will appreciate you doing stuff that’s not on their phone, and obviously the parents can do the same games with them, Uno, just check the age limits on things and make sure that they are age-appropriate, Barbie dolls, anything with fairies, unicorns, make your own items like make your own scrunchie, make your own friendship bracelets, make your own almost anything they have it in target, my niece is also very into science stuff so I got her make your own crystals, make your own volcano, it all depends what the kids are into, but anything with troll themed blankets, coloring books, word find, they literally have sections and target dedicated to all the stuff, her auntie goes a little nuts every holiday, shopping for her and her little brother, they are super spoiled, I am the auntie/fairy godmother, some kids are into Disney princess, and frozen, they go through phases, my nieces when they were little, they were 14 and 12 now, my other nieces, they were into those zoom zooms from the Disney store, they were the first kids to only Elsa and Anna dresses when they came out with the first movie, they owned basically the Disney store I was that Auntie who would get up at 3 o’clock in the morning when I knew thing would come out and get them because it would be sold out by 6 o’clock in the morning, any budget, it’s up to you and how well you know the kid, sometimes they have tea party sets, just have fun shopping that’s basically what I do I think they have always have some kind of fame going at target right now If you spend 25 on Jurassic Park you get a five dollar gift card or something like that or $10 gift card, they always have something going check the target circle and sign up if you don’t have it.￼￼￼￼￼
