My life 😑

I’ve been going back and forth with this for awhile but I figured some input could be useful. This guy and I have known each other for years. We used to date but he cheated on me and got another woman pregnant. I stayed away for awhile but we ended up getting back in contact with each other. I’m trying to figure out where I stand with him though. He tells me he loves me and all that but he sneaks out of his own house in the middle of the night to go see other women. Why does he try to keep me around when he is clearly seeing other women
