rectum problem

I just had my son 6 months ago. While in labor, I pushed for 3 hours which caused really bad Hemorrhoids. It’s weird to say this but after birth my butthole literally looked inside out. I was in so much pain after birth just in my rectum alone. It felt better after a while. Anytime I had a bowel movement it would hurt again. Tonight I had a bowel movement and I looked down there because I was in a lot of pain. There’s a whole bunch of skin right near my butthole it looks like a ball of skin is coming… sorry for this type of question. It’s awkward. But any advice what this is, and what should I do
