Rash from wearing pad ??

Hello everyone so this is something completely new to me so I’m on my period but my flow wasnt heavy today and I get home and shower and take my pad off when I get out the shower and I have like a rash like between my butt crack and on the front of my vagina like is this normal?? It’s itchy and that’s about it I haven’t scratched it tho because I don’t want it to get worse 😩

Pads can definitely cause rashes because of how they how the moisture against your body for hours at a time. Would tampons, a cup, or even cloth pads or period underwear be an option? This used to be an occasional issue for me, but I haven't had any issues since switching away from pads.

Probably diaper rash!  Its the same shit as a diaper!  It gets sooo hot and sweaty in there!!! Baby powder!

I also got this from always brand. DO NOT use vagisil. I caused the worse yeast infection my doctor has ever seen. You could try some diaper rash cream. Otherwise, go pantsless as much as you can.

I used to get a lot of irritation before I switched to a menstrual cup. 
If I wear a pad or liner now I get something I bleached and with less chemicals, like the L. brand pads. Never had an issue since!

I used to get skin irritation from always brand. I stay away from it. And use stay free when I need to use pads. And Kotex pantyliners

It could be chaffing. Try putting Vaseline on the areas tonprtoect the skin from further irritation
