TTC after MC

Hi, I had an MC at 4.5 weeks. It was our first month TTC and first time pregnant. I bled for 1 week.. it’s been 4 days since the bleeding has stopped and the MC has been complete. My husband and I have started trying again. IF pregnant, when should we expect a positive pregnancy test? I did not wait for my period to return. 🙁 this whole process is so much.
