Has anyone else had heart palpitations?

Iam 10 weeks 6 days. And lately out of no where my heart starts racing and I feel dizzy. It’s scary! I was told it’s from increased blood flow. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this???

At 8 weeks I went to the ER twice because my heart was racing and pounding so hard. For a week it was really bad. I couldn’t get up without feeling like I was gonna pass out, I couldn’t play with my kids, I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t do anything. After a week the pounding hard stopped but it’s still racing, it’s way more tolerable now. But yep I was told it’s normal. Uncomfortable as hell but we just have to suffer until the baby’s born 🥲.

Definitely freaked me out. I was at work when it happened. My heart started racing and my sight went pitch black for a second or two. It took a little while of focusing on my breathing to regulate my heart rate. I called the doctor and was told it’s normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️
