hello, just wondering if this is okay, he is 7mo and yesterday after shower he got rush all over his chest and now is all over his neck as well, is is possible that it is because we changed his body wash, when should i be worried?

If it appeared after using the new wash then it's probably an allergy rash. I would stop using that one and switch back to what was working well.

Photo is kind of blurry but it could be due to changing his soap. My 4 y/o is allergic to a lot of soaps, lotions, was allergic to disposable diapers, and is allergic to sunscreen. From what I can see, your LOs looks similar to the rash my son gets to certain products. I'll attach a photo so you can compare. This rash was only on his face and ears because that was the only place I applied the sunscreen.
