Stopped taking my pill 3 weeks ago.

Had my withdrawal bleed and ovulated.

I’m about 3dpo and having the heaviest cm I’ve had that I can remember.

I also had incredibly painful cramps and globs of cm during ovulation.

I know it’s nothing to do with pregnancy at this point and that cm is not a sign of pregnancy!

Just wondering if an increase in thick, opaque discharge is normal acting stopping birth control?
