Could I be pregnant?

My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex on last month. I have been spotting since last Thursday instead of period. I have had  tender breasts, cramps and nausea. The pregnancy test came positive twice but today I started bleeding and I have severe cramps. Could I be pregnant?

you need to go to the hospital, the tests came back positive so you are pregnant and this doesn't sound good :(

If your test came back positive and now you’re bleeding, I’d go to urgent care. That’s not at all normal. You are pregnant if the tests came back positive.

I’d go to urgent care ASAP. A few months ago I tested positive and started bleeding and cramping and it was what they called and early term miscarriage. It’s not like they did much or anything but it was nice to know that I was no longer pregnant and what was going on with my body.
