It's just lube. If you don't need lube to have sex then it gives no no advantage. It only levels the playing field for those who need to use lube

It’s literally a sperm friendly lubricant. If you generally need lube, it’s great if you are actively TTC. If you don’t need lube, it’s not going to up your chances by any means.
