HELP!!

So I’m in a pickle. My fiancé has irregular periods. Sometimes it comes monthly but then she’ll go months without getting her period. Any who, we did at home insemination on the 19th while she was ovulating. She hasn’t been feeling good since then. She gets nauseous without vomiting. Every time I go on Google and do my research , everything leads to negative and its driving me nuts because she says she doesn’t feel as if it’s her period. Any thoughts ?
