Just take a pregnancy test. It won't show up on an opk any sooner than on a pregnancy test, and as Louise says- you can get an LH surge on the approach to your period too - so a positive opk doesn't show for sure pregnancy

It can show positive when pregnant and when your period is due it will show positive too as you will get a high Lh hormone surge before a period too and can get multiple lh surges in any one cycle
