Fibroids

I just recently got back from my GYN annual pap appointment. All came back well with the exceptions of my gyno finding a small thumb size fibroid. She said it wasn’t anything I needed to worry about, but this is a first for me and naturally I got a little concerned because I haven’t had children yet and I’m 34.

Is this something I should be concerned about and is there any natural ways I can either shrink the fibroid to a smaller size or to nonexistents?
