Am I ovulating?

This is my ovulation test result
I am on my day 11 of the cycle
I had taken letrazol 2.5mg tab during this cycle. Now I m having mild cramps and back ache. 
What does these sign means? Am I gonna ovulate before 14th day of my cycle?

I got my follicular study done today,it showed that I have a dominant follicle of size 22 x 23mm and also the radiologist told that she is confused if it’s a simple cyst. Endometrial thickness is 9mm and it’s trilaminar pattern. Will have to repeat the scan on Monday. Hope it’s a dominant follicle 🤞
