Cycle Day 40

I’m on Cycle Day 40 and still haven’t gotten period is this normal? I was supposed to start on the 19th and my periods are fairly regular. I took a test two days ago and four days ago and both were negative. I’ve had light cramping here and there but still not AF :(

Is there a chance I am pregnant??
