It appears to be a convertible crib. Likely a different brand than this but lots of options available new for less than what’s she’s asking used. Does she have the other side panel? It’s set up day bed style for toddlers..

I wouldn't spend $350 on that. I spent $350 on a unique oval grow with me crib used...
