Sheet pan and veggies
Kielbasa sausage cut up into 1 inch round pieces. Then diced potatoes maybe 3 or 4 medium, broccoli pieces, bell peppers diced and spread onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cover everything with oil and garlic salt bake for 40 minutes ar 375 or until potatoes can be poked through with a fork. Then serve with shredded cheese and sour cream. Its so good. You can switch up sheet pan dinners. So many recipes.

Breakfast bowls, 
brown 1 lb maple sausage 
Fry 1.5-2 lbs potatoes (i use the frozen diced kind) with 1 onion and 1 bell pepper (both diced)
Make scrambled eggs (6) however you like them - I do butter and a sploosh of milk
I stick each of these in their own bowl and let everyone layer their own dish, serve with salsa or syrup 
This makes really good leftovers too! 🥰
