Need your guys opinions.

So as of today I'm 6 weeks and 1 day, I dont go see my drs for my first visit on Sept 29th. Now lately I've been cramping very very bad no blood no other symptoms but tired very tired. Now is it normal for me to experience the cramping? This is my 4th pregnancy but i never had this with the other ones.
