Looks like psoriasis. Autoimmune disorder. See a pediatrician. Dermatologist and naturopath.

That looks like a type of skin condition. You need to go to a doctor for that.

This looks like icthyosis .
How long have you had this? My sister was born with it it’s a genetic skin condition. I would go to a dermatologist ASAP .
