Hard painful lump

I have this hard painful lump on my outter labia that’s been there for like 3 days. I’m trying a warm compress but it doesn’t seem to be helping. There is no white head but something is definitely under there. I don’t think it’s an ingrown because I haven’t shaved or waxed in awhile since I’m pregnant & too tired. & I’m std free, nothing came up on bloodwork. Any idea what else it could be & what I can do?
