On August 16th, I had a positive pregnancy test. I was 4 weeks and 1 day according to a nurse. Yesterday, around 9pm, I had the urge to pee, and wiped and saw a lot of blood. I went to the OB Triage and after what felt like forever, they said they couldn't find the gestational sac and that my hcg levels were only at 15. Their leading diagnosis is a miscarriage.

I'm not sure what I feel but I was very much looking forward to giving my almost 4-yr old, a sibling. I feel numb and confused. I'm not sure what I feel. I guess I'm still processing. I have to get bloodwork done Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My son's birthday is Sept. 3rd which is when I would definitely know I miscarried. Grim.
