i keep bleeding

So to start I will say that I am on the patch for birth control and have been for years has always worked great for me. I was close to two days late putting it on which occasionally happens but I started bleeding so I figured it was just because i put the patch on late but usually the bleeding stops after a day but I bled for entire week which normally I don’t not even bleed that long when I am on my actual period. Anyways next week came around I put my patch on my scheduled day of the week which is on Sunday it is now Saturday and I just noticed that I was bleeding again Tomorrow “sunday”will be my day I take my patch off and then I will have my actual scheduled period. But I’m just wondering if I should be concerned about all this bleeding and spotting in between or if I should contact my doctor thought I would reach out and see if anybody else has experienced this. Also i am 35 years old.
