I need positivity PLEASE

I’m constantly reading about blighted ovum and I’m panicking. I’m looking for any POSITIVE stories. I went to my doctor Monday saw a gestational sac and yolk. Got hcg tested Wednesday and Friday 106000 and 150000. I go back Tuesday for another US. has anyone had high hcg levels and saw nothing the first sonogram and got a positive outcome ? It’s weighing on my heart. I’m trying not to stress but I’m so scared. My husband and i have a hard time conceiving as it is, my dad is very sick with cancer so the thought of not having a viable pregnancy is breaking me. It doesn’t seem yo help that I’m reading nothing but sad posts.
