Unmedicated birth
For those that have had hospital births without epidurals, can y’all tell me your positive stories? I plan on going natural but I’ve had a fear in my mind that makes me question. The biggest thing for me is wanting to be able to move around, get in the shower, bounce on the ball, etc. but need a little reassurance that it’s possible and I can do it.
