Any success with the SMEP/mucinex??

Smep= Sperm meets egg plan. 
​Every other day from cd8 and then once a + opk that night plus 2 more, skip a day and then 1 more time?? 
​I'm trying this this mo. And would klick to read success stories ?

Well I'm out this cycle.. How did u ladies do with the SMEP/mucinex??? Hope there's some BFP?

Jo- I loosely did smep and this was my first month trying cough expectorant (generic mucinex) and I think it helped do the trick. I'm pregnant now!!

​We did the deed CD10, CD12,CD13, CD14. I O'd the CD13. I guess that's not really smep but that's what I had intended to try!

​I took guaifenensin 3x a day 200mg. I split the pills into two since they were 400mg. I took those my whole fertile week.

​Used preseed too. I'd recommend that as well. Good luck!!!

I just don't understand the 3 days in a row after pos opk then skip a day and bd again. That far away from ovulation?? How does that make sense? Last month we were only able to bd day of positive opk so I definitely want to try at least one more day after just to make sure we caught the right day. But with temping I'm usually pretty sure when I ovulated. What do others think of it??
