Grade two placenta.

So I was looking over my results from last week’s ultrasound. And seen that I now have a grade two placenta ( near my cervix, but not covering it) and a grade two also means it starting to slowly age some. A grade 3 is bad that would require a c section. And possible early delivery.

Anyway, I’m now on a high risk protocol I have an ultrasound every Thursday and a normal check up and monitoring every Tuesday. And also got told that shes only measuring in the 37th percentile and should be at least in the 50th or higher at this point in my pregnancy. So she’s growing very slowly. ( which now that I know about my placenta I think this is why, which could also mean possible early delivery.) my last baby I had a year ago was also very small and was slow growing but I never knew I had any other grade placenta this early on…

But all night long tonight I’ve been very restless, cramps off and on back pain and sometimes pain that literally goes to my butthole and cervix area. And feeling like I need to have a poo. She’s very low like right by my cervix already.

Has anyone had this before and what was your outcome?

I should mention I have a history of preterm labor. This is my 4th baby. But 5th pregnancy.
