Help !
I recently accepted a new job offer. I went ahead and put in my two week notice at my current job. I never used my vacation time and I had 4 un used days. My current employer told me that once I put in my two notice I can not used my vacation time anymore. My question is is this illegal in the state of Illinois? What advise would you give me ? ( I can’t afford to hire a lawyer unfortunately)
