LH surge before trigger shot??

I had a 20mm follicle this AM, I did a home test and blood work confirmed my LH is surging!! I was worried I missed chance but they told me to do trigger tonight , and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> tomorrow. Any one have any experiences like this? So anxious!!! Thank you!!
