Do ovulation test really help with trying to get pregnant??  this is my first month trying them I’ve been trying to get pregnant now for almost 4 years.. I’m going crazy and trying to try everything possible!! N

It helps you estimate about when you will ovulate and when to have sex. But you would also have to temp to confirm if/when ovulation has taken place.

They can help you time sex accurately but that is it. Beyond that, they don't help with anything. I used them for 4 years and did not get pregnant because timing sex was not our barrier.
