I doubt it, that's old blood. I had spotting like that a couple times during those weeks, turns out I've got a low lying placenta but everything is fine. Id let your doctor know though

I had more than that when I was pregnant and thankfully have a healthy 2 month old. If it turns bright red with painful cramps, contact your doctor.

I seen you mentioned small clots. Pls go to the E.R.! I also had bleeding this and for me it was a sub chorionic hemorrhage. I had a healthy pregnancy and now have a 1yr old! I wouldn’t be concerned if there were no clots. I really really think you should go get checked out to be safe
