3rd degree tear
This is a little gross but, I had my baby a week ago and had a 3rd degree tear lots of stitches and it hurts to wipe after #2 I am paranoid I’m gonna mess my stitches up and I can’t get myself clean enough bc it hurts. Any advice on this?
