Anyone's baby will not settle unless in your arms?

I have tried everything,

relaxing bath(cries)

Swaddle(cries)

Feeding(cries)

Singing(cries)

Massage(cries)

Constant nappy changes(cries)

Thinking he's hot, changes into something cooler(cries)

Then try and see if he's too cold so wrap him up(cries)

Play with him, being cheerful trying to make him smile(cries)

I know it's not colic as he would cry in my arms. But he only stops crying when in my arms and I'm walking around.

Thought it was a tummy bug but doctors don't do anything as he's only 7 and a half weeks.

He's passed stools as well.

I'm not sure if he's teething, Healthcare visitor said it looked like it but it's probably not it...

I don't know how to calm my baby without holding him

This has been for days. He's cried so much that he's made himself very chesty 😭😭
