I just want to share my frustrations! I ordered a fast track snap test last Monday, I did the test & sent it in & the test results were invalid. In the first test I did not have enough blood coming out , and it said in the instructions that it was ok & to send it in anyway. They sent me another test so I made sure to do EVERYTHINGGG properly this time, I took my time with it, was super careful to not mess anything up.. filled the vial with plenty of blood this time - results came back invalid again & they are just going to refund me. They send a generic email with reasons why it may have not worked out & im just so bummed and annoyed.. it wasn’t about the money 😭 I was so eager to know. I know this is probably a sign that I’m not meant to know right now & I’ll get over it, just disappointed!! Anyone else have this experience ?
