3 DPO & boobs hurt!

I am 3 DPO and today I noticed my boobs are very sensitive! I also woke up feeling a bit sick. Not nauseous or anything but I feel like I'm getting a head cold.

Is it too soon to feel pregnancy symptoms? (And yes I already know a head cold isn't a symptom) but the painful breasts can be!!
