Does vaginal ultrasound cause a suspended fetus?

Well I have 3 kids by normal pregnancies, the little one is 5 years.. I got pregnant in April.. and had a miscarriage in June.. yesterday I watched the old ultrasound for miscarriage.. the growth stopped on the same day I did the vaginal ultrasound.. things were Absolutely fine that day.. On the next scan two weeks later, everything stopped at the day of the old ultrasound. I'm afraid that the cause is transvaginal ultrasound .. This time I'm in week 5. My doctor wants to see me in two days. I'm afraid 😭I will try to postpone until the end of week 7. What do you think?
