4-5 weeks light brown spotting.

Hey ladies I have my Dr appt tomorrow afternoon after I got my positive test last week. I bled three days ago red only with wiping then after that Nothing. No blood.

My boobs are on and off sore and non consistent.

However, Last night and today I noticed specks of light brown discharge almost like the start of my period after using the bathroom . No cramping ..just a bit sweaty (but I think that because of my nerves). Is this the beginning of a miscarriage? Is this a ER concern?

Edit: I took another hcg test test today and it was still dark positive.
