Implantation Dip ????

To ANYONE who has been charting their BBT, have you seen what might be an implantation dip in your luteal phase, and NOT BE PREGNANT??? I am seeing what might be an implantation dip. IM TOO SCARED to test and it be negative 😩😭

Awwww damn. At least now I know not to get my hopes up 😩😭 I had uncomfortable cramping on the night that it dipped. However no spotting, but I didn’t have implantation spotting with neither of my 2 children.

never had a dip until it was my Bfp chart! baby dust to you!!

Yep I had a nice looking dip at 7 DPO. AF arrived today at 12 DPO. From what I’ve read, the dip is seen on about 10% of non-pregnancy charts and about 20% of pregnancy charts so it’s not a reliable indication. I hope you’re one of the 20%! Good luck!
