Anybody else gain weight since giving birth?

I lost 20 pounds giving birth and have gained half back already. I’m 11 weeks post part in. I feel huge and gross.

Yes! I lost the baby weight plus some right after, but I've gained it all back, plus some ! I'm so lazy and have no motivation to workout LOL trying not to stress about my weight gain and just trying to focus on my little guy  ❤

Yes same. I lost like 25lbs right away then put almost 10 right back. I started working out again this week but it’s hard to find time and motivation. Thank you for posting this, feels better to not be the only one (but sorry for everyone else in the same boat).

Same here. 😔I’m almost back to the weight I was the last month of pregnancy. I’m not sure what to do. And I’m exclusively pumping. 🤷🏼‍♀️ trying to love myself and how wonderful my body is for giving birth to my baby girl.

Yes! I’m 11 weeks PP too and I eat fairly good and not a lot and I’m just gaining. I pump and breastfeed. Idk what to do anymore. I just started counting calories again 😭💔

I’m on my third child and I have the hardest time loosing weight while breastfeeding. It’s like my body isn’t willing to give it up. Once I quit, it starts to fall off faster. Idk why! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Same! I have PCOS and thyroid issues and lately it seems like I look at a salad and gain 5lbs. It’s been a real rollercoaster emotionally trying to feel good about myself. I’m so grateful that this body gave me my 2 beautiful kids, but seriously the only time I’ve ever lost weight in my life is when I’ve been pregnant, but then shortly after delivery I balloon up again so quickly ☹️ I breastfeed and pump right now and that’s not even helping to keep things at bay. Ugh.

So people hoard fat while breastfeeding or pumping. Then as soon as they quit they loose 10lbs
